 About Dr.Winley

Dr. Dara Winley, an east coast native, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, writer, teacher, consultant and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She was trained at multiple institutes including University of Maryland, College Park, Drexel University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University’s Family Institute.

COACHING

I provide coaching and consultations to individuals and organizations looking to enhance team building skills with an emphasis on mental/behavioral health.

PUBLIC SPEAKING

I present on national and international platforms highlighting issues such as systemic racism, processes of resilience in Black families and culturally responsive therapy practices. Contact me for more information.

AAMFT SUPERVISION

I provide AAMFT Supervision to individuals and groups seeking LMFT licensure. I also provide mentorship to supervisor candidates who wish to be supervised and/or become an AAMFT supervisor. 

Book For Counseling

I provide individual and couples counseling addressing issues such as intra/interpersonal stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, conflict resolution, child behavioral problems with parents, and emotional abuse and trauma.
